Job description

Pin Club Golf is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team asMember & Retail Services Associates.

As we prepare to open our new indoor golf facility in Eau Claire, this position will play an important role in creating the experience our members and guests receive every time they walk through the door.

This is more than a traditional front-desk position. Team members will assist with simulator operations, memberships, retail, facility upkeep, events, and the day-to-day needs of a growing golf business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Assist guests with check-in, reservations, memberships, and general questions
• Help customers become comfortable using golf simulator equipment and software
• Assist with retail sales, merchandising, inventory, and product displays
• Answer questions about Pin Club memberships, simulator services, leagues, lessons, events, and other offerings
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready facility
• Monitor simulator bays and common areas during operating hours
• Assist with basic food and beverage/concession service as applicable
• Support leagues, tournaments, corporate events, and other Pin Club programming
• Help identify customer needs and connect guests with the appropriate Pin Club products or services
• Follow facility opening, closing, security, safety, and operating procedures
• Assist management with additional day-to-day operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new technology and golf simulator systems
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a growing business where responsibilities may evolve
• Interest in golf is strongly preferred, but extensive golf experience is not required
• Retail, hospitality, recreation, golf, or customer-service experience is a plus

Schedule

This is apart-time positionwith hours based on facility and staffing needs.

Availability during daytime,evenings and weekendsis strongly preferred. Additional hours may become available as memberships, leagues, events, and facility usage grow.

Compensation

$15.00-18.00 per hour

Additional opportunities may develop as Pin Club grows, including expanded responsibilities and advancement within the organization.

About Pin Club

Pin Club is a new indoor golf destination in Eau Claire designed around year-round golf, technology, improvement, entertainment, and a high-quality member and guest experience.

Our facility will feature premium golf simulator technology, memberships, leagues, lessons, retail, events, simulator sales and installation, and additional golf experiences as the business continues to grow.

We're building our initial team now and looking for people who want to help shape the Pin Club experience from the beginning.
