Job summary

Five Star Credit Union seeks a Financial Advocate to develop and enhance member relationships across multiple centers in Georgia. The role involves assisting with a variety of financial products, processing card disputes, and supporting electronic devices while driving outbound sales.

The successful candidate will have financial industry experience, solid computer and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior consumer lending or sales/service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial industry with understanding of operations, products and services, and related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer and technology skills and strong communication abilities.
• Previous experience in consumer lending, sales and service within a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen member relationships in our banking network.
• Assist members with opening accounts and products, process card disputes, and support electronic devices and services.
• Engage in outbound sales calls and other tasks to grow member relationships.
