Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for members and guests
• Build positive relationships with members and help create a warm, engaging Club environment
• Assist with member communications, announcements, newsletters, emails, and event promotions
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of member events and activities
• Assist with new member onboarding and introductions to the Club
• Help maintain member information, event registrations, and related records
• Respond to member questions and requests and help direct them to the appropriate department when needed
• Work collaboratively with Golf, Food & Beverage, and other Club departments to support member programming
• Gather member feedback and communicate opportunities to enhance the member experience
• Provide administrative and organizational support for member relations initiatives
• Assist with additional Club projects and activities as needed

Deercreek Country Club is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized Part-Time Member Relations Coordinator to support member engagement, communications, events, and the overall member experience.

This is a highly visible, member-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating welcoming experiences, and helping members feel connected to the Club. The Member Relations Coordinator will work closely with Club leadership and other departments to support day-to-day member needs, events, and engagement initiatives.

Schedule & Compensation
