Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls in a pleasant, professional manner to provide excellent service.
• Address member and provider questions accurately, educating on telehealth services.
• Document all calls in the system using the Probing Questions format.
• Follow up on issues from calls or reminders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in person inquiries at the Administrative Office regarding policies and benefits.
