Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of member/provider services experience in healthcare or social assistance, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with Medi-Cal eligibility and benefits.
• Experience using metrics, reports and quality audits to drive improvements.
• HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the contact center for members and providers.
• Achieve timely, effective issue resolution and promote First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Recruit, train, and develop contact center staff; conduct regular updates.
• Supervise and coach team; monitor productivity, quality, and timelines.
• Oversee complex cases and ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Collaborate with partners to improve service delivery and performance metrics.
