American Conservation Experience (ACE) seeks a Member Manager to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support for AmeriCorps and Non-AmeriCorps members in the Eastern Division.

The role involves leading candidate interviews, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with ACE and AmeriCorps policies, while fostering a positive work culture and professional development for crew members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of related professional experience.
• Experience leading a team supporting young adult learning and development.
• Nonprofit, environmental conservation, or natural resource management experience.
• Experience communicating with young adults and conducting interviews.
• Experience handling confidential information and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, onboarding, and member management.
• Collaborate remotely with ACE offices to ensure policy compliance and consistency.
• Manage online recruitment platforms and interview procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants during interviews and onboarding.
• Oversee member housing, training, and performance coaching while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with AmeriCorps requirements and ACE policies.
