Job summary

Genesis AI seeks an IT Infrastructure Lead to own and scale our internal IT across identity, devices, productivity systems, networking, and business apps. You will design IAM (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, RBAC) across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and internal tools to support rapid growth.

You will automate IT operations, manage endpoints on macOS/Linux/Windows, and collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating IT infrastructure in fast-growing startups or technical orgs.
• Hands-on IAM with platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID, or similar systems.
• Experience leading domain migrations, email administration, SSO deployments, and SaaS integrations.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, Go or similar).
• Experience managing endpoint fleets via MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
• Understanding of networking, cloud environments, and corporate infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint infrastructure across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments including provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to deploy and support internal systems for growth and productivity.
• Evaluate, implement and manage SaaS platforms and vendor relationships.
• Establish scalable IT policies, processes, and documentation for a growing org.
• Maintain foundational security controls across identity, endpoints, networks, and systems.
• Support security initiatives including access reviews, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security awareness.

What You'll Do

• Lead company-wide IT initiatives including domain migrations, email infrastructure, device management, application integrations, and employee onboarding/offboarding workflows

• Build and automate IT operations through scripting, workflow automation, and infrastructure tooling

• Manage endpoint infrastructure across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments, including device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management

• Partner closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to deploy and support internal systems that enable company growth and productivity

• Evaluate, implement, and manage business-critical SaaS platforms and vendor relationships

• Establish scalable IT policies, processes, and documentation to support a rapidly growing organization

• Maintain foundational security controls across identity, endpoints, networks, and corporate systems

• Support security initiatives including access reviews, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security awareness programs

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems

• Collaborate with a team of driven individuals committed to building general-purpose Physical AI

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience building and operating IT infrastructure in fast-growing startups or technical organizations

• Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar systems

• Experience leading domain migrations, email administration, SSO deployments, and SaaS application integrations

• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages

• Experience managing endpoint fleets through MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, corporate infrastructure, and cloud environments

• Experience administering and integrating modern workplace tools such as Slack, GitHub, Notion, Atlassian products, Google Workspace, and productivity platforms

• Working knowledge of security best practices across identity management, endpoint security, access controls, and infrastructure operations

• Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and build systems from zero to scale

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS environments

• Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bonus: Experience supporting engineering-heavy organizations, AI companies, robotics companies, or high-growth startups

• Bonus: Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security and operational standards
