Fullstack Product Engineer – Member of Technical Staff

About the Role

We’re building an AI-native platform to transform the way accounting and finance work gets done—from first principles. With machine learning integrated directly into real-world operations, our platform is already live and solving hard business problems in production.

Backed by a $30M Series A and top-tier investors, we’re now scaling fast. We’re hiringFullstack Product Engineers who will play a key role in shaping our user-facing products—shipping new features, iterating on user feedback, and owning full product lines from idea to deployment.

This is a 0-to-1 product environment where engineers aren’t just coders—they’re product thinkers, customer collaborators, and builders of entirely new UX paradigms enabled by LLMs and intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build full-stack products using React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres

• Take full ownership of features, collaborating closely with design, customers, and leadership

• Define and implement new UX patterns for AI-native software experiences

• Partner directly with customers to gather insights, test hypotheses, and refine product flows

• Help evolve a platform where LLMs are tightly coupled with core user-facing functionality

• Operate with a startup mindset—prioritizing speed, communication, and product-market fit

Experience:

• 3–7 years of full-time software engineering experience

• Proven contributor at an early-stage startup, ideally as an early or founding engineer

• Hands-on experience building 0 → 1 products that are now in production

• Clear ownership of product decisions, not just implementation

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres

• Comfortable working across the stack and owning large surface areas

• Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI, or eagerness to dive deep

Product Thinking:

• You understand how to balance customer needs with product vision

• You’ve worked directly with users and iterated quickly based on feedback

• You have a deep appreciation for the power (and limitations) of intelligent software
