Member of Technical Staff, Backend/Infrastructure Engineer

At Coframe, we're giving every website and app its own AI growth engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves, giving the internet its own sense of life and intelligence. We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco.

Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (our founder previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created a few of the most popular OSS code generation projects.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented, senior- to staff-level backend engineer to help us pioneer the future of user interfaces. You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable products, and take joy in building quality product in a fraction of the time it takes most others (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation).

As a backend engineer, you should have extensive experience in Python and infrastructure for large scale applications.

Compensation

$160k - $220k

Equity: 0.4% - 1.0%
