Job description

Our team’s mission is to build the world’s most useful agent, and we’re looking for a PMT to productize the tools and processes for collecting and analyzing a wide range of human data. You’ll work alongside world-class AI researchers, engineers, program managers, and product managers to identify and implement the best processes for:

  1. Human data collection
  2. Improving our technology for early customers

This role is highly cross-functional, leveraging skills across data science, machine learning engineering, and project/product management to ensure our team collects the most effective agentic training data in a rapidly-evolving technological environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the productization of our internal tools for data collection and HCI team velocity
  • Work closely with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to create robust data pipelines and data collection tools
  • Collaborate with program managers to optimize data collection processes
  • Align our early technology with customer needs in partnership with the product team
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or data engineering
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency in at least one modern scripting or programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS
  • Experience in product management or technical product management
  • Degree in ML engineering or a related field
  • Experience at an AI startup
