Job summary

Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company is seeking a highly capable engineer to lead red-teaming of AI agents, from scoping to certification, in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. You will refine the core engine behind our evals and own end-to-end delivery, including reconnaissance, remediation, and certification, while productizing frontier attacks and improving workflow with agents.

Responsibilities

• Refine the core engine that runs all red-teaming evaluations
• DRI end-to-end: scoping, reconnaissance, execution, remediation, certification
• Productize frontier adversarial attacks for real-world use
• Quality-assure evals by testing and tuning processes and outputs
• Productize workflows with AI agents
• Define evaluation approaches for new agent types (e.g., computer use)

The role

You’ll lead the red-teaming of the world’s most used AI agents, working directly with our customers' agents end-to-end from scoping to certification.

• Refine the core engine that runs all our red-teaming evals


• DRI end-to-end: technical scoping, reconnaissance, execution, remediation, certification


• Productize frontier adversarial attacks


• Taste-test the evals to set the quality bar


• Productize your workflow with agents


• Figure out how we eval new types of agents, e.g. computer use
