At Dynamism, we're partnering with a high-growth AI startup that has achieved $5M ARR in under a year and just closed their Series A. They're backed by Tiktok and leading investors and are revolutionizing digital advertising. Their autonomous multi-agent systems optimize ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms—without human intervention.

About Our Client:

Backed by an elite accelerator program where 1/3 of cohort members are ex-unicorn founders, this venture is at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and advertising technology. Their platform leverages multi-agent AI systems to autonomously manage digital ad campaigns, addressing a critical gap in the market as businesses struggle to keep pace with rapid technological transformation.

Role Overview:

As the Member of Technical Staff, you'll drive both architecture and feature delivery for their AI-powered advertising platform:

• Lead feature development through hands-on coding and technical documentation
• Enhance system scalability through strategic architecture evolution
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment
• Collaborate with the technical founder on engineering roadmap
• Mentor engineers and optimize development processes
• Partner across functions to ensure seamless execution

Core Requirements:

• ~10 years professional experience (≤10 years preferred)
• Track record as an IC, Tech Lead, or founder (not primarily management)
• Hacker mentality: rapid prototyping and shipping code
• Full-stack knowledge: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js (Express)
• Expertise: Python (Flask)
• Data/ML: PyTorch, multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, QAI)
• Experience with AI development tools like Cursor
• Leadership experience with engineering teams
• Available immediately or within 2 weeks
