Responsibilities
- The pace can be really fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season.
- Juggling several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Ensuring safety of the facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, guiding with self-service technology, processing transactions, and organizing merchandise.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these standards in daily operations.
- Completing work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, communicating progress, and seeking continuous improvement.
