Firefighters Community Credit Union in Downtown Cleveland is seeking a full-time Teller to join our team. This position is based at 2300 St Clair Ave NE, Cleveland, OH 44114, offering a stable schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will develop relationships with members, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, balance cash drawer, and recommend products and services to meet financial needs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Six months of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess basic computer knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with members and provide information about financial products and services.
• Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transferring funds from member accounts and generating money orders.
• Balance cash drawer
• Recommend products and services that benefit the member
