Responsibilities

• Greet and develop rapport with members in person or by phone.
• Collaborate with team during the morning huddle to discuss daily sales goals.
• Explain auto loan application process and other product options to members.
• Ask open-ended questions to assess financial goals and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with members after accounts are opened.
• Discuss wins, challenges and progress on sales goals with your manager.
• Promote new promotions to members and inform them of eligibility.
