You will review documentation for accuracy, ensure compliance with TILA, ECOA, and CFPB requirements, and work with members, dealers, and staff to resolve conditions promptly. This role emphasizes accuracy and excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent proficiency in language, mathematical, and reasoning skills.
• One to two years of experience in a related field with similar responsibilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer lending is beneficial and helpful for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Process approved consumer loan applications through funding for direct and indirect lending channels.
• Review loan applications and documents for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate loan closings and disbursement of funds within service level standards and timelines.
• Provide exceptional member service throughout the loan process.
• Identify and resolve document deficiencies and funding delays to ensure timely funding.
