Job summary

San Francisco Federal Credit Union seeks a Universal Banker for the Excelsior Branch in San Francisco. You will serve as the liaison between members and the credit union, handling teller transactions and cross-selling products to deepen member relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma plus banking/cash handling experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with cash handling equipment and MS Office. Team-oriented, service-driven professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year minimum of banking or cash handling experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with cash handling machines and MS Windows/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and partners.
• Perform teller transactions and reconcile cash entities.
• Research member questions and respond with accurate information.
• Cross-sell SFFedCU products to meet financial needs.
• Obtain information to complete membership and loan applications.
• Conduct file maintenance and assist with audits.
