Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service with welcoming greetings and solutions.
• Process teller transactions accurately according to procedure.
• Identify acceptability of negotiable items and member IDs.
• Address member questions and cross-sell products and services.
• Assist with lobby traffic and educate on new services.
• Maintain cash drawer and balances per guidelines.
• Support to lift 50-pound bags of coin and stand for long periods.
• Meet or exceed product and service cross-sale goals.
