Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team and supervising experience including hiring and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding them to self-service options.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, providing feedback, and coaching.
• Maintain sales floor, stock merchandise, price tags, and handle returns and damaged goods per policy.
• Ensure safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps, and handle hazardous materials as required.
• Support open door policy, participate in recruiting, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
