Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring for a store associate to provide members with prompt and courteous service while replenishing and stocking merchandise. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and supporting club policies and compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking items, ensuring accurate signage, and handling re-shop of returned merchandise. Regular attendance is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refills, stock, and straighten merchandise; ensure proper signage.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books and other items.
• Remove empty cardboard and dispose of cartons; return all merchandise to the sales floor.
• Support club policies, procedures and compliance; perform other duties as assigned.
