Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring to provide members with prompt and courteous service, stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

The role involves replenishing dairy, food and non-food items, folding and organizing products, and ensuring signage and shop conditions meet club standards. Team members are expected to maintain a friendly attitude, work with speed, and uphold safety and policy requirements while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and full organized.
• Replenishes milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Folds and organizes apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Removes empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenishes box bins.
• Returns all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
