Job summary

Burn Boot Camp Mt Pleasant, WI seeks a Member Experience Specialist to enhance the member experience through friendly, high-energy customer service within our fitness community.

You will answer questions about workouts, schedules, and services, promote memberships and nutritional products, and participate in team meetings to support growth.

This role offers 12–20 hours per week with Monday–Friday shifts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in a positive, family‑oriented gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall member experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer questions and assist members with inquiries about workouts, schedules, and services.
• Promote and sell memberships and nutritional products to new and existing members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and success of the gym.
