Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist for our Colorado Springs club. As the first friendly face, you will greet members, guide them on memberships and personal training options, and keep the club clean and inviting.

You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, engage guests with confident conversations, and drive memberships while maintaining high standards of service and club presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently.
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment and provide tours when needed.
• Drive membership sales through confident conversations with guests.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.16 per hour + commission with no cap!
• SCHEDULE: Opening 3:45am-noon, mid shift 10am-7pm, closing 4pm-12am
