Job summary

VASA Fitness in Centennial, CO is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, answer questions, and keep the club welcoming and clean.

You’ll guide members through memberships, upgrades, and personal training options, helping them feel valued and supported on their fitness journey.

This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and contributing to a positive community at VASA.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional approach.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• At least 1 year in customer service; membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk, setting a welcoming tone.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Maintain club cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
• Engage with members to ensure a valued, motivated experience.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION: Base rate of $15.16 per hour + commission with no cap!
