• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting value.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participates in sales events.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards and reporting hazards.
• Fulfills 'Member Fax n Pull' and 'Click n Pull' orders with accurate picking and invoicing.
• Delivers member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Works with managers and coworkers to meet priorities and communicate progress.
