Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Tyler, TX-based team member to support Membership benefits, promote product value, and process Membership upgrades and related credit accounts. You will participate in sales events to help meet Membership goals and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will provide exceptional Member service, assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and uphold safety, ethics, and company policies while collaborating with teammates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Assists in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member orders (Fax, n Pull and Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, packing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Delivers Memb er service by understanding needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, ethics, and safety standards; open door policy and integrity expectations.
