Job summary

Industrious is seeking an on-site Member Experience Manager for our Foster City location. You will be the connector and problem-solver, owning the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional experiences for members.

This role emphasizes consultative sales, community programming, and collaboration with local businesses. Base pay starts at $73,000 with eligible bonus up to $11,000, plus heavily subsidized healthcare, generous PTO, wellness programs, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must live within an easy commute of Foster City, CA
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks with lifting up to 25 lbs
