Responsibilities

• Creates an environment of exceptional member service with sound financial wellness and consultative advice for our members.
• Develops and builds relationships with Chartway’s member base through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Proactively collaborates and communicates with the branch team and other departments to successfully find solutions for members.
• Easily transitions between job functions and responsibilities within the branch to effectively respond to members’ needs.
• Responsible for positively representing Chartway in the community.
• Efficiently & accurately performs member transactions and can easily assist members with new account establishment, personal financing, real estate lending, investment referrals, and small business deposit products.
• Accountable for branch operations, compliance, best practices, and federal regulations.
