The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, supporting NPS initiatives, and learning all Royal offerings through structured training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bondable upon hire.
• Strong interviewing, listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to recommend financial solutions.
• Proven sales experience and prior work in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members by building rapport and initiating conversations.
• Establish and maintain Member relationships, including depository accounts and related products.
• Promote and sell Royal's financial products and digital services.
• Support Net Promoter Score initiatives with exceptional service.
• Learn and become knowledgeable in all Royal products and services.
