The Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) is seeking an entry-level Membership & Events Specialist to support member services and event programs in Seattle. You will handle member records, assist with event logistics, and help cultivate positive experiences for members and attendees.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow your skills in CRM management (NEON) and Wordpress while contributing to a vibrant downtown community.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership database in NEON: add/delete members, update contacts.
• Maintain prospect lists and ensure data accuracy.
• Keep website membership information up to date.
• Monitor renewal communications and invoices.
• Respond to inquiries from members and prospects.
• Onboard new members.
• Support planning and execution of member events and registrations.
• Assist with venue setup, catering, signage and materials.
• Provide onsite event support and post-event reporting.
• Share trends with Director/Manager.
