Job summary

Bluejack National in Texas seeks a Member Experiences Coordinator to support the Member Experiences office with daily inquiries, correspondence, reports, and member profiling.

You will handle calls, maintain files, update profiles in the Club Management Software, and assist with check-in/check-out for members and guests.

Requires 2–3 years of administrative experience, hospitality exposure preferred, and strong MS Office skills; HS diploma required.

  • Hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, or private clubs is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint in particular).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls for the department.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Add and maintain up to date profiles for members within the Club Management Software.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Act as the point of contact for members and guests.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for members and visitors of the club.
  • Coordinate with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from leadership team.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

About the role

Job Title: Member Experiences Coordinator

Department: Member Experiences

Directly Reports To: Member Experience Manager

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

What you’ll do

The Member Experience office serves as the one-stop-shop for member needs and inquiries. The individuals in this office are forward-facing team members, and will require daily interactions with other departments and members alike. They will:

  • Answer and direct phone calls for the department
  • Write and distribute correspondence to Members
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain filing system and update as needed
  • Add and maintain up to date profiles for members within the Club Management Software
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for members and guests
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for members and visitors of the club
  • Coordinate with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from leadership team
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High school diploma required, College degree preferred

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
