Job summary

WebTPA Employer Services, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to work onsite in Walker, MI. You will collaborate with Account Executives to design member solutions, assist HR Benefits leaders, and ensure high-quality member service across claims, customer service, analytics, and clinical teams.

You will engage with members to address escalated issues, provide concierge-level support, and help optimize the overall plan health and spend.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, communications or medical insurance field.

Responsibilities

• Design member solutions for clients and engage with HR Benefits leaders.
• Manage and troubleshoot Client EDI eligibility files.
• Serve as concierge support and escalate research on claims when needed.
• Provide proactive outreach to members and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Track complaints and resolutions using company systems and generate basic service-level reports.
