Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per week and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and use names when possible.
• Support daily club operations to keep the front desk running smoothly.
• Assist with class sign-ups, merchandise, and Pro-Shop items as needed.
• Process payments for classes, services, and products accurately.
• Protect member check-in integrity and promote positive experiences.
• Attend department meetings and communicate scheduling needs.
