Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a member services associate to process Member purchases, verify renewals and upgrades, and provide courteous service. You will scan merchandise, accept various payments, and help maintain a clean, inviting front-line area.

Daily duties include assisting Members with transactions, supporting club policies, and upholding service standards while working as part of a team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits clear understanding of BJ’s Membership options and renewal processes.
• Fills shopping carts and assists at self-checkout stations.
• Counts and collects payments from Members.
• Scans merchandise and processes transactions at the point-of-sale.
• Maintains front-line area cleanliness and assists in general club housekeeping.
