Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is hiring for a front-line team member to handle membership purchases, renewals, and POS transactions in a busy club environment. You will engage with members, process payments, and ensure accurate scanning and pricing while supporting a clean, welcoming store floor.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits clear understanding of all BJ's Membership options, Including the importance of renewals, upgrading to our BJ's Loyalty programs.
• Provide a high level of customer service to Members. Checks Members out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Scans all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals for Members.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the frontline area and assists in general club housekeeping when necessary.
