Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and notify members of delays
• Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives
• Assist members with purchases and payments, use cash registers, and process transactions
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist in transporting items
• Comply with policies and ethics, participate in safety routines
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet priorities and deadlines
• Provide excellent member service and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services
