Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed or unavailable; offer alternatives as needed.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing payments according to club policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready area including carts/flatbeds and parking lot cleanliness.
• Provide friendly, attentive service by greeting members and answering questions to improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to prioritize tasks and ensure safety and efficiency.
