Responsibilities

• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pickup is delayed, informs of out-of-stock items, offers alternatives, and ensures items are ready for pickup.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provides member service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases and payments, and keeping carts/areas organized and ready.
• Follows company policies and ethics, applying related action plans and open-door policy in daily tasks.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing, collaborating with managers and peers, and adapting to change.
