Walmart Sam’s Club in Sarasota, FL is seeking a member assistant – cart attendant to help keep the parking lot clean, assist members with purchases and loading their vehicles, and ensure carts are ready for use.

You’ll greet members, provide exceptional service, process purchases, handle payments, and keep work areas organized while maintaining safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and be on your feet most shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled by contacting members to notify when pickup is delayed and by informing members when products are unavailable; offer alternatives.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases and payments, and locating and organizing merchandise.
• Comply with company policies and open door policy in daily tasks.
