Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, resolving issues and promoting products.
• Completes work by prioritizing tasks, using policies and data, and communicating progress.
• Complies with policies and ethics, applying Open Door Policy in processes.
• Proactively identifies members who need help and assists them.
• Maintains equipment and ensures products are stocked and organized.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
