Job summary

Meritrust Credit Union in Broomfield, CO is seeking an Entry Level Contact Center Associate to join our in-person team. You will handle member calls, deposits, transfers, and inquiries, maintaining security and providing accurate information during day shifts 9:00 AM–5:35 PM with rotating Saturdays.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and adherence to BSA/regulatory requirements while delivering excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Familiarity with online and remote banking services.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image by delivering excellent member experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding member matters.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and ACH-related tasks.
• Respond to member complaints with timely resolution.
• Educate callers about Credit Union products and services.
• Use CRM to send referrals and meet performance goals.
• Update member information to ensure accuracy.
