Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union in Andover, MA is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to identify member needs, open accounts, process transactions, and cross-sell DCU products.

You will work Thursday–Friday 10:30–7:30 and Saturday 8:30–3:30, providing friendly service, accurate documentation, and notary duties when needed. Eligible for benefits including 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Verbal Communication skills.
• Technical skills (Word, Excel, Email).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify the financial needs of members, build rapport and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Open new memberships, accounts and loans; conduct Notary Public services.
• Process loan requests, confirm conditions and verify documents for closings.
• Accurately process teller transactions and assist with end of day balancing.
• Conduct audits of membership, accounts and loan files.
• Adhere to DCU policies and security guidelines to limit fraud and losses.
• Provide coverage in other DCU areas as needed.
• Submit efficiency and process improvement ideas.
