Job summary

The Battery in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Member Events Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of the club's recurring events, from setup through breakdown. This role leads on-site operations, manages staff and vendors, coordinates with Programming and Food & Beverage leadership, and maintains the events calendar, invoicing, and post-event documentation.

Hours shift with the calendar, requiring regular evenings, Sundays, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality or events; private clubs or similar settings.
• Experience managing on-site staff and vendor relations during live events.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for recurring Member Events from setup to breakdown.
• Coordinate with AV, Engineering, Front Desk, Security for event-day needs.
• Advance events with artists and vendors, confirming logistics.
• Maintain event calendar, invoicing, and post-event documentation.
