Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist in Hingham, MA. You will connect with members, schedule appointments, and refer to care management to improve health outcomes and STARs metrics.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience in health care settings and with seniors/Medicare preferred.
• Ability to communicate clinical information clearly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Make outreach calls to members with care gaps to improve HEDIS/STARs rates.
• Schedule appointments and refer to care management as needed.
• Provide support for RN-led screening programs and document activities.
• Coordinate with HHIT and other teams to drive performance improvement.
