Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a highly organized Member Engagement Associate to strengthen member engagement and chapter growth across the Great Lakes territory. You will coach chapter leaders, plan events, and support regional teams to deliver our fraternal mission.

The role requires travel within the territory, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and five years of program leadership are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related experience leading programs and events.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support chapter event planners, regional staff and field representatives to strengthen leadership effectiveness and ensure consistent execution.
• Advise regional teams on member-focused event planning, calendars, hospitality, and follow-up practices.
• Collaborate with field managers and Fraternal Department leaders to identify engagement opportunities and support regional plans.
• Assess regional training needs and partner with the Fraternal Development team to create tools and training plans.
• Attend select regional events to support leaders and observe the member experience for improvements.
• Serve as a communication link between regions and the home office to align priorities and share feedback.
