Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking friendly, reliable Member Engagement Representatives to be the first face our members see. This is a great part‑time opportunity to join a brand‑new, locally and veteran‑owned club and be part of a founding team. This role reports directly to the Club Manager.

You will greet members, give club tours, handle inquiries, and support sign-ups while helping maintain a clean, welcoming space. Flexible schedule and growth potential available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable using customer relationship management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and check them in using the club management system.
• Give club tours and assist with sign-ups for prospective members.
• Answer questions and handle basic member inquiries professionally.
• Keep the club clean and welcoming, including front desk, lobby, floors, bathrooms, and studios.
• Occasionally help capture photos or short videos for social media with consent.
• Provide light administrative support as needed.
• Support local community outreach and sponsored events.

Snap Fitness 24/7 Iowa Colony is seeking friendly, reliable Member Engagement Representatives to be the first face our members see. This is a great part‑time opportunity to join a brand‑new, locally and veteran‑owned club and be part of a founding team. This role reports directly to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Member Check‑In - Greet members warmly and check them in using our club management system.
• Tours & Sign‑Ups - Welcome prospective members, give club tours, and support the sign‑up process.
• Member Service - Answer questions and handle basic member inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Facility Upkeep - Keep the entire club, including the front desk, lobby, floor, bathrooms, offices, studio, recovery rooms, and entryways, clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Content Support - Occasionally help capture photos or short videos of the club and members (with consent) to support the club's social media presence.
• Administrative Support - Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
• Local Community Outreach & Sponsor Events: Support setup, and customer engagement at local and Snap Fitness sponsored events.

Schedule & Club Details

• This is a 24/7 club. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Our club operates cashless, all transactions are handled electronically.

Requirements

• A positive, welcoming attitude.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using customer relationship management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred / A Plus

• Previous fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required, just a genuine interest in people.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Comfortable helping create or appear in social media content is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $13.00–$16.00 per hour.
