Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Member Contact Center Sales Associate for a fully remote role. You will build relationships with members, recommend AAA memberships and travel products, and provide expert support in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided, with schedules including 1st and 2nd shifts and weekend rotations. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of sales experience (call center preferred), a Motor Club License, and the ability to work from a home office with a stable internet

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of SALES experience; call center/inbound experience preferred.
• Motor Club License required for selling AAA memberships.
• Background screening including fingerprinting and licensing within 60 days of hire.
• Must have private, disruption-free home workspace and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members through personalized, consultative service.
• Sell AAA Memberships, travel products, financial services, and other solutions.
• Assist members with membership benefits, travel, roadside, driving school, and account inquiries.

Do you enjoy helping people while building lasting relationships? Join our team as a Member Contact Center Sales Associate , where you’ll provide exceptional service while helping members get the most value from their AAA membership.

In this fast-paced, high-volume contact center role, you’ll use a consultative, relationship-focused approach to understand members’ needs and recommend products and services that best fit their lifestyles. You’ll assist members with questions about their benefits, connect them with our Travel Contact Center when needed, and recommend relevant financial services and driving school programs. You’ll also know when to connect members with our Emergency Roadside Assistance team or other specialized departments based on their needs.

Throughout every interaction, you’ll provide knowledgeable, personalized, and outstanding customer care while helping members make the most of everything AAA has to offer.

***Full Time and Part Time positions available! Set weekly schedules. Next New Hire Training Classes to begin November 16, 2026!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver friendly, professional support in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals while providing an exceptional member experience.

Training Requirement

Training is paid and will take place virtually, Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST) for the first 5 weeks. Must be able to attend ALL training. Work schedule will begin after training is completed. ** Set work schedule.

What we can offer you:

• starting base hourly rate for this position is $15.00 - $20.00.

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of SALES experience with a preference for those with call center or inbound call experience.
• A Motor Club License is required for selling and servicing AAA ACA Memberships.
• Candidates must pass a background screening, including federal and state fingerprinting, and obtain the necessary licensing within 60 days of hire.
• Costs will be reimbursed at time licensing is secured. Costs varies by State (up to $200).
• Must be able to provide a work environment free from all disruptions and distractions. This includes a private area that prevents access to others during working hours, as well as prevents disruptions such as overly noisy pets or others within your home.
• Working remotely is not intended to serve as a substitute for child/dependent or adult/elder care.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.
• Subject to any pre-approved PTO, in this position and regardless of your regularly scheduled workdays, you are expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
• Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard‑wired internet connection for the duration of their employment. Wi‑Fi connections are not permitted for use in the role.
