What You’ll Do Here
  • Assist members who need help understanding healthcare cost and quality information for procedures they may need.
  • Search for providers who offer fair prices and/or high-quality care that aligns with Valenz Bluebook services and member needs.
  • Educate members who inquire about incentive programs and direct them to the best resource that fits their individual needs.
  • Document and manage patient referrals from clients, partners, and/or providers.
  • Coordinate with the Provider Operations team to facilitate relationships between providers and members seeking care.
  • Contribute ideas and new perspectives on how to solve various problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!

  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
