The position is full-time, remote from Indiana, with travel to Indianapolis as required. Training is virtual; shifts run 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST and may include after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in an Advocate role supporting Medicare/Medicaid or related services.
• Experience handling complex member issues and driving resolution.
• Ability to interpret member needs and provide guidance and care recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Navigate inbound calls from members and caregivers to identify issues and resolve them end-to-end.
• Provide recommendations that help close gaps in care for the member and family.
• Authorize claims payments or route to investigators for review as needed.
