Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare benefit plans and insurance terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Experience in healthcare customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in navigating digital tools and member portals.
• Spanish language skills strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive support to members, helping them understand and maximize Episode Advantage benefits.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat with clear and accurate information.
• Initiate outgoing communication to assist members in utilizing benefits.
• Explain details of Episode Advantage benefits, including coverage, eligibility, co-payments, deductibles, and limitations.
• Guide members in using the member portal to optimize benefits usage.
• Handle and resolve member complaints in a timely manner.
• Assist groups in searching for episodes of care and appropriate care groups.
